My insurance company brought Floors By Design to my attention first. Even though I had dealt with a competitor of theirs before, I ended up going with Floors By Design because they were 2-3 cheaper than my normal person.
They were always on time, excellent to talk to and they usually left things clean before they left. One time, they something was left off and I called the boss and told him and he sent someone right back out lickety-split to fix it, which they did. And everything was fine.
However, when it came time to put the tile down, they had taken off the baseboards and the tile was thicker than they had thought so it was running into the shelf brackets. They came up with a Mickey Mouse solution and bent the brackets to make the tile fit. I had to hire a contractor to come in and saw off the brackets. That's why I gave the four rating. Otherwise, it was a good experience and I'd use them again as long as they keep their prices competitive.
