Review content:
I have been using Best Brand Tire & Automotive Center for the last 5 years. They put their integrity into the work they do. They also do more than just tires; they do automotive repair. They are honest and forthcoming. They explain things to me. I'm not an auto mechanic, and I don't want to feel like I am getting ripped off.
Their prices are less than the dealers, and the quality of their work is good. They will tell me what I need and what I don't need. They also let me know what I can put off. Best Brand Tire does not press you to buy everything and do it all at once. The fact that they don't do that tends to make you want to come back.
There was one time when they did a repair on my engine, and there ended up being an oil leak. I took it back, and they fixed it. If there is a mistake, or you are not comfortable with something, they have no problem looking over it and fixing it with no charge.
I think the value of their work and their price competitiveness can be put against any other non-dealer automotive repair shop. I have shopped around, and I don't mind paying Best Brand a few dollars more for some things because I am confident that if there is a problem they will fix it. They are not going to try to get out of it or say that it is my fault.
