They have great communication skills. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and how much each item would cost. They were the best estimate I got for my car, compared to other mechanics I've been to. Their customer service is great. They even gave me a ride back to my apartment while they worked on my car. They worked quickly and got it repaired sooner than I thought it would take. I've been back a few times, I love those guys! I'd definitely recommend them to anybody! more

I have been with Best Brand Tire for several years now. I have 6 different high-end cars and I take them all to Best Brand. I have known Ray and Berge for several years. I used to live in Glendale, but even after I moved, I continued going to them. And, the reason is clear: Not only do they provide quality work, but over and over again they have proven themselves honest people with integrity. They have had several opportunities to charge me rates similar to dealers, and I have researched to compare, but they have gone out of their way to earn my loyalty. I always get the sense that I am receiving the absolute best deal possible. I have gone to Best Brand Tire & Automotive Center over 50 times for my 6 cars over the years. Even when I buy a new car, I will have Best Brand do all maintenance; that is how strong I feel about their work. In my profession, I do not have a lot of spare time, and the last thing I need is a distraction about being overcharged by my mechanic. here is something to be said for having a mechanic you can trust, just like any professional relationship. I own a medical group in the central valley, so I drive a lot, and there have been times when I may have had a flat or another problem in the central valley, and I will actually have my car towed down to southern California because the cost of the tow is more than mitigated by the work done by Ray and Berge. So, I have been outspoken in referring my friends and colleagues who also have high end vehicles to Best Brand. They have earned my respect and I am quite punctilious with details. I have been using Best Brand Tire & Automotive Center for the last 5 years. They put their integrity into the work they do. They also do more than just tires; they do automotive repair. They are honest and forthcoming. They explain things to me. I'm not an auto mechanic, and I don't want to feel like I am getting ripped off. Their prices are less than the dealers, and the quality of their work is good. They will tell me what I need and what I don't need. They also let me know what I can put off. Best Brand Tire does not press you to buy everything and do it all at once. The fact that they don't do that tends to make you want to come back. There was one time when they did a repair on my engine, and there ended up being an oil leak. I took it back, and they fixed it. If there is a mistake, or you are not comfortable with something, they have no problem looking over it and fixing it with no charge. I think the value of their work and their price competitiveness can be put against any other non-dealer automotive repair shop. I have shopped around, and I don't mind paying Best Brand a few dollars more for some things because I am confident that if there is a problem they will fix it. They are not going to try to get out of it or say that it is my fault. more
