Review content:
I first went to another AAA approved, direct repair, body shop in Santa Cruz County. I think there are only two in the whole county. The labor estimate at the other body shop was twice the estimate that I got at Russo's. I saved at least three hundred dollars. I was scheduled to pick up my car three days after dropping it off, but they called to tell me it was ready a day early. The repairs were completed in three days and they started the work or at least took my car into their shop the first day I came in without prior arrangements. The other shop wanted to start the work five days later. Finally and most importantly, the work was first rate. No matter how hard I looked at it or how closely, I couldn't tell there had been damage there before. If I need body and paint repairs again, I'll definetly go to Russo's. I felt like I saved money and got a great product in a reletively short amount of time. Lastly, they actually gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and picked me up when it was ready.
