I've been using Russo's Collision Repair since the previous owner owned it. I hadn't worked a lot with the previous owner too much before they switched ownership, but he did have a very good reputation around town. Fernando has done better than I ever expected. He's met and demonstrated great quality the whole way. I'd give them all 6's if I could go higher. Fernando is extremely committed to providing the quality and detail for his customer and is not interested in just turning out a job that isn't 100 which in today's world is very rare. Russo's Collision Repair were the one of choices for collision repair through our AAA insurance. We were so impressed with their work and with the great customer service they provide to their customers, we have continued to stay with them. more

I first went to another AAA approved, direct repair, body shop in Santa Cruz County. I think there are only two in the whole county. The labor estimate at the other body shop was twice the estimate that I got at Russo's. I saved at least three hundred dollars. I was scheduled to pick up my car three days after dropping it off, but they called to tell me it was ready a day early. The repairs were completed in three days and they started the work or at least took my car into their shop the first day I came in without prior arrangements. The other shop wanted to start the work five days later. Finally and most importantly, the work was first rate. No matter how hard I looked at it or how closely, I couldn't tell there had been damage there before. If I need body and paint repairs again, I'll definetly go to Russo's. I felt like I saved money and got a great product in a reletively short amount of time. Lastly, they actually gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off and picked me up when it was ready. more

Russo's Collision Repair did a terrific job with my car. I couldn't believe how good it was. A guy ran into me, and dented the side of my car all in. Both the front and back doors, and also the back panel were caved in pretty substantially. My insurance company sent me to Russo's, and they fixed everything. The car works just like it did before. And it looks brand new, possibly better. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I were in an accident I certainly would. more

I have used Russo's Collision Repair three different times. They have always gone over and above what they need to do. The repairs are first rate, and the service is impeccable. Russo's is staffed with great, friendly people. They give the best estimates, and are able to work with all the insurance companies. They have been able to get me a rental car right away, but if the rental isn't an option they will make sure you have a ride. I took my vehicle in to Russo's because I had worked with them before. I work in the state parks, and I had taken other vehicles for them. They did an excellent job. I took it in, and I had it back within a week. They gave me an estimate, which actually was pretty accurate. I think they just bought 63 cents worth more of parts than what was on the estimate originally. After the work they did, you can't really tell anything happened to my car. It looks brand new again! more
