Review content:
I am very pleased with the work they did. It tool a while to get done, but that was okay because we were on vacation. I would recommend National Auto Body, and in the unlikely and unhappy event that I need to get more body work done, I would definitely go back.
We were t-boned up in Boston. We were in a minivan and the metal was all bent up so the side door was out of commission. The guys at National Auto Body estimated it would take about 17 days to fix, and we had already planned to leave the country for 2 weeks, so we scheduled the repair to coincide with our vacation. As they got started, they realized there were a few other problems and it would actually take about 21 days to fix everything, but there were no problems. I felt well informed about what was going on, and the quality of work was excellent.
To the extent that having your car broken and getting it fixed can be a pleasant experience, the getting-it-fixed part was as good as one could hope.
