My car just went into National Auto Body again, because someone slid on the ice and hit my car, so my responses are based on previous experiences with them. They are very, very responsive. They keep me updated on what is going on with the car. They also try to help out in respect to getting the best price. They have great advice.
I had a minor job where a mirror had to be replaced. Teri told me that I didn't have to drop off the car. Instead she ordered the new part right in front of me and told me she would call me when it came in. It was done in 15 minutes. It was a minor job, but at the same time, this is how they work with their customers in regards to their specific problems.
Teri keeps me informed. In the past I have had uninsured people hit me and leave, and my car has had body damage. I have used their service more than once, though this frequency is a little much for me. Now my car is back again. When they asked me if I had a preference of where to tow my car, I said to take it to National Body Shop. John, my husband, has also used them for a job. We have high regard for their workmanship, their professionalism, and for their helpfulness.
