Review content:
The Body Shop did a beautiful job on my Mercedes! I was so concerned whenever I leave it at a body shop, but they were just wonderful all the way around. From the moment I walked in the door, they treated me with so much respect. They really knocked themselves out for me! They drove me home and picked me up, and that meant a lot to me.
I was frightened to death what my Mercedes would look like when I got it back, but it was beautiful! I can't say enough nice things about them. I really can't tell you how happy I was! I'm telling everyone about it too. I already gave out the one card I had, but I should have taken more, because I would love to get more people in there, and if I have my way, they will have plenty of work to do!
The Body Shop was the first place I took my Mercedes to. I know pretty much what to expect from them, and they were great all the way around. The price was right too. If I had taken it to the Mercedes shop where I had taken it once before for a different dent, it would have been considerably more.
The people at the Body Shop are delightful to work with, which is a real plus for them. They're just wonderful people! They couldn't have been any nicer to me. I'm an old lady, and I don't have a lot of patience all the time, but they never once tried my patience.
