My daughter, who lives 50 miles from Madison, was having car trouble and took her car to Monona Tires in early Dec. She needed the valve cover gasket replaced, 3 new ignition coils, and new spark plugs that had she replaced 6 months earlier. Within a month she found out one of the ignition coils needed to be replaced. They replaced it with no problem. Her car was still using a lot of oil. We took it some place else and they said she needed a new valve cover gasket! The same one she had replaced 2 months earlier. Then we found out the threads on one of the ignition coils is striped. I would not recomend Monona Tires unless you lived closed by and had the time for regular visits to replace the same parts over and over.

Dear Cindy,
I am sorry that you were not happy with the repair to your daughter's vehicle. To our knowledge, we were unaware that there were any further problems with the vehicle. We warranty all of our work for 2 years/24,000 miles locally and 12 months/12,000 miles nationwide. Given the opportunity to take care of the problem, I am confident that your concerns would be resolved. If you are still having problems, please let us know so we can resolve the situation and get your daughter back on the road.
