Excellent! West Town Monona Tire is the best! THE BEST! I recommend them to everybody and anybody. They stand behind their work.
One time, something happened, and it was not anything that was there fault, just something that slipped, and they took it right back in and took care of it. There was no charge, and they got me in right away.
They are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and they actually give you a copy of where and what it is that they are going to do in your vehicle, which is great for helping us laymen understand what they're doing! I really appreciate that they go the extra mile. All around, they're just excellent.
They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They take care of a lot of different brand names of automobiles, and if they don't know something, they check. They're wonderful! For a smaller shop, they even give you a vehicle to drive while your car is in the shop if they have it for any length of time.
West Town Monona Tire is very, very pleasant. When I walk in there, there is always a smile to meet me, no matter what's going on in their day. They treat you like you're the only customer in the world. We drive 30 miles to get up there, and it's definitely worth it!
