I've had wonderful experiences with West Town Monona Tire. Just last week my wife's car broke down about 4 or 5 blocks away from them. Brandon hopped in his truck and came to jump start our car for free. We then drove to the shop and replaced the battery. It is hard to find service like that. They give personal service.
If I get new tires and they wear out too quickly, West Town Monona stands behind their work. They will make sure to give me a good deal on the next set. I have been using them for 4 or 5 years, and it has always been a great experience.
They are also very fairly priced. When I first started using them I shopped around, and their prices were very competitive, especially for tires. I don't shop around anymore.
West Town Monona services our two Toyotas. I also use them for the business. Anytime I need tires, for a wheel barrel, or dolly, or Bobcat, I can get them there.
I also really like that I get to know my mechanic. At a dealership you rarely see the same person again, but at West Town Monona the mechanic talks to you about the car and tells you what they did. They get to know you and your vehicle.
