I've witnessed many cases throughout the United States and attended a few for some of my college classes. I've witnessed this Judge in action and he stands for everything that is wrong with the Nevada Justice system I don't know how he is still a judge. He is extremely rude, obnoxious and his rulings can be absured. My wife had two valid cases that she had in front of him and he ruled against both. This is a Judge who doesn't look at the bigger picture and who I'm sure treats cases like a cattle farm, IN AND OUT don't let me see you again. He probably doesn't even read through all the files that are presented infront of him and hope to god you have a lawyer he likes because if you don't you are automatically screwed. He should not be a Judge. He has no idea some of the decision he makes how it effects the outcome of a childs life, a parents life, and other lives. Judge Matthew Harter is a dirt bag and should not be in a legal system. He should be a ambulance chaser versus a Judge.
