I started out as a sole proprietor in 2004, they assisted me annually with my tax preparation. After a rough start with a shady firm, I found Smart Tax in 2006 and have been with them ever since. As my revenues grew and I needed to issue myself payroll, they were able to meet my payroll needs quarterly, as well as issue tax payments and file annual returns. When it became clear that I needed to make my business official, they helped me form a corporation and prepared my financial statements monthly allowing me to make the necessary operational changes conducive to growth. In recent years, I've added employees, payroll, insurance and a simple plan and they've been there every step of the way. Never pushing, but definitely guiding and supporting my business with smart advice and timely service.
