Review content:
To say their business practice is horrible is putting it lightly. This company stinks. Their gym is always messy, machines are always dirty and the staff is HORRIBLE. They make odd faces at overweight individuals trying to lose weight and even mock them behind their back. The staff is also very inattentive and has absolutely no knowledge to answer questions. All they seem to care about is selling you personal training sessions (which are a joke).
When we finally decided to leave the gym for another (which is significantly better); we had a ton of pushback; as well as 2 different individuals telling us 2 different documentation requirements and costs to cancel our membership.
I would highly NOT recommend this gym (or any of their counterparts); go somewhere else unless you enjoy dirty old machines and staff that is absolutely no help with horrible business practices.
