I just bought a desk from Kline's and wow are they jerks! They sent me the floor model! I know it is the floor model because it has scratches all over it from the hutch part of the desk which I did not buy! They said nothing about sending me the floor model! They said they would send a guy over to touch up the scratches but that's not what I want. I want what I paid for, A BRAND NEW DESK! This desk cost me $1000 and I am not settling for anything less than a new desk. They admitted it is a floor model I have it on my voicemail. They make such a big deal about the fact that it is a family business when in reality they are just scam artists trying to make a buck on unsuspecting customers. Also, the delivery guys told me that the father and son don't even get along. So much for family business!
