The service is absolutely horrible. I've had so many bad experiences that I refuse to go back. The last time I was there, it took a while for our waitress to take our order, which was mainly chocolate chip pancakes. After waiting 20 mins for our food, she came back to finally tell us that they were out of chocolate chips!! No food had even started to be cooked at that point. We should have just left then, but we decided on something else. Then it took another 1/2 hour to get our food. Ridiculous. The waitress also served us coffee, and then we had no utensils to stir the creamer or sugar into our coffee with. Duh!!! Bye, bye, Ricks....I'll never go back.
