After having researched Miele vacuum cleaners on the internet I had more questions than answers. I felt like I needed to see the different models in person in order to make an intelligent decision. I found Northgate Sewing & Vacuum to be extremely helpful in educating me on the differences in the various models, and recommending a model that best fit my needs without having to buy the top of the line. Their advice was right on the mark. I have never been happier with an appliance purchase as I am with this vacuum. \r

Their prices were as low (and lower in some cases) than any of the internet sellers I found. Best of all, I have a local resource for any accessory or service needs.
