I went in as a new client at Kristi's recently. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff. They were all incredibly kind people but my haircut did not turn out at all how I requested. I asked for wispy bangs and I ended up getting awful, short, blunt, uneven, heavy bangs that went halfway up my scalp. I felt that the stylist did not listen to what I had asked, and did not explain what she was doing. I walked out of the salon looking like just took my 2nd grade yearbook photo. Because of the kindness of the staff, I wanted to try and like my haircut but I just could not- no matter how I styled it. I ended up going to another salon two days later to get it fixed. I was really disappointed and wanted to support a local business- but I will not be returning to Kristi's.
