Kristi's Hair Designs

I went to Kristi's Hair Designs after an attempt at home coloring. I had botched my hair badly and was in panic mode. Kristi went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, politely explaining I wasn't the first to do this. Not only did she fix my color, she also went above and beyond by explaining the do, and do not, of hair coloring. I was so pleased with my hair afterwards. Kudos to KHD!!! more

I went in as a new client at Kristi's recently. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff. They were all incredibly kind people but my haircut did not turn out at all how I requested. I asked for wispy bangs and I ended up getting awful, short, blunt, uneven, heavy bangs that went halfway up my scalp. I felt that the stylist did not listen to what I had asked, and did not explain what she was doing. I walked out of the salon looking like just took my 2nd grade yearbook photo. Because of the kindness of the staff, I wanted to try and like my haircut but I just could not- no matter how I styled it. I ended up going to another salon two days later to get it fixed. I was really disappointed and wanted to support a local business- but I will not be returning to Kristi's. more

I was looking for a new stylist and i found Kristi's in the phone book. When i came i was greeted right away and everyone there was very friendly. The stylist i was with spent time looking at pictures with me talking to me about what i want from my hair. The end result was great and i will definetly be returning. I would refer anyone to Kristi's Hair Designs. more
