My family has been going to judickies for YEARS. I have never had this type of customer service in the past from them. I felt like I was doing something wrong by coming in and asking for donuts and coffee. The girl at the counter was very rude, no smiles, nothing. I ordered two small coffees light and sweet and a dozen donuts. After getting in my car and sipping the coffee, it was luke warm at BEST and the milk tasted sour. I went back in and told the girl that the coffee wasn't good and asked if she could make a fresh pot. She said very rudly that this pot was all the coffee she had. ???. When I asked her for my money back, she got angry, went to the register and slammed it closed. She handed me the money and turned her back to me!
Let me say this. Small businesses in bayonne complain about the chain stores moving in on their business. If I want to be treated like crap, I will go to the chain stores and at LEAST get a better price. I won't be going back to judickies.
