Review content:
I have been taking my cars to West Goshen Automotive and Fleet Services for about a dozen years. WGAFS is the best: (A) They are honest. Several times I have taken my car there thinking that there was a problem because I heard or felt something wrong. When there really wasn't any problem, they told me so and didn't charge a penny. They could have made some "repairs" and took me to the cleaners, and I wouldn't have been the wiser for it. But they didn't. They are honorable. (B) They are excellent mechanics. I had several problems with a new Toyota that the dealership tried to fix (it was still under warranty) and couldn't properly fix. Various problems extended beyond the warranty period, so I took it to WGAFS. They had no problem diagnosing and fixing the problems. (C) They are helpful. One problem with the Toyota was a subtle noise. The dealership said that they couldn't hear or see anything wrong. I took it to WGAFS and Ralph said that the car had a "major transmission problem" and that I should take it back to the dealer. The dealer again said that they couldn't detect any problem. I told Ralph, who promptly called the Toyota dealer to explain the problem. The next day, Toyota told me to bring the car in and they installed a new transmission at no cost. Ralph had given them a piece of his mind. In sum, WGAFS is simply the best. Don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise.
