Review content:
My husband and I have been there lots of times. The servers are very attentive and friendly. The owner is another story. The last time we went there they had 1/2 price appetizers, so we ordered the oyster appetizer and a bowl of soup. When the check came both were full price. We sent the check back to be corrected. When the server returned, she explained that the owner had refused to give the discount and she suggested we press the isuee. We had just gotten off work and weren't in the mood to argue. The server got a good tip and the owner got an angry note. I can see how soup might be debatable, but the oysters were clearly marked appetizer on the menu. That place is off the list for good.
The seafood is expensive. It is claimed to be fresh off the boat, though. I'm not a big fan of seafood in general, particularly fried with a slaw cup and hush puppies. I usually ordered the crab cake sandwich. It was overdone sometimes, but otherwise good.
