I came there to get my acrylic nails taken off, the woman (a blonde older woman-middle aged) was rude and snotty to me. Instead of just soaking the nails off in acetone, she wraps them in tin foil that has a acetone soaked cotten ball inside (this takes longer), so she asks me if I want another service while I wait; I went for a pedicure, because I picked a different color for my feet & hands, she gave me an attitude like that's uncouth. She made fun of me when she saw my feet (remarking how I needed it), even after I told her this was my first trip out since having my baby. Those cotton balls wrapped in tin foil kept sliding off, and she got mean about it, scolding me not to move. When it came to paying up, she turned on her smile, I was so in shock that I didn't realize till I was driving away that they overcharged me by $55 ! I called them, the receptionist sounded like she didn't care one way or another, she tried to set me up w/ spa credit, I refused that; and that charge ne
