Beware of overcharges for services that were never performed\r
I had linolieum replaced in my rental. I was charged $55 to disconnect and move a fridge all of three feet ( tops ). When I inspected the job the next day, I realized the worker did not even do me the courtesy of reconnecting the water line or plugging it back into the outlet. I had to move the fridge and do this myself. I am not some petty, whinny person. BUT, if you pay someone $55 to do a miniscule job, DO IT! I called Brent about this matter, the guy denied the whole thing and told me that he would, "call me right back". I am still waiting for that call. I am disputing such a frivolous and ridiculous charge.
