David went out of his way to make sure a solution was found. I had 10 stairs that I needed carpeted for a spiral staircase. He immediately took me to the back to find an inexpensive remnant and followed up with a great price and even better service. I have used them before and they always do a great job. more

I was very happy with the job they did. Brent's crew was very nice and friendly along with doing a good job. They re-carpeted almost the entire house and did it in one day. They made the steps look so nice. Brent came out to measure everything. He also suggested that I didn't need to change the laminate floor in the kitchen so that saved us money. I would use them again and would certainly recommend them. more

HORRIBLE 12/12/2013

Worst service ever, do NOT buy anything from Brent’s. They will gladly take your money but when it comes to an issue they will sit there and go around it. I purchased a very expensive carpet and padding from Brent’s. After about 4 years we had to get the padding replaced by Brent’s (under warranty) in the process they damaged my carpet by over stretching it and ripping the carpet. The installers came out to my home three different times and not once did Brent (Owner) or any of his management staff come out to try to fix the issue or even look at the hole. Instead they called us liars and refused to do anything unless an inspector deemed them liable, and they did after all that and 4 months of aggravation. They finally came out to replace the carpet and they went about it the CHEAP way and did not order enough carpet for the large room. Instead they had to cut the carpet up and we ended up with four seems in our carpet. When we called to complain again we got the run around. At th more

BEWARE!!! 4/23/2010

Beware of overcharges for services that were never performed\r I had linolieum replaced in my rental. I was charged $55 to disconnect and move a fridge all of three feet ( tops ). When I inspected the job the next day, I realized the worker did not even do me the courtesy of reconnecting the water line or plugging it back into the outlet. I had to move the fridge and do this myself. I am not some petty, whinny person. BUT, if you pay someone $55 to do a miniscule job, DO IT! I called Brent about this matter, the guy denied the whole thing and told me that he would, "call me right back". I am still waiting for that call. I am disputing such a frivolous and ridiculous charge. more

Not only do they have a wonderful selection but they also are willing to work with the prices a bit too I discovered. However, that was not what impressed me the most. Great Flooring and Customer Service 8/2/2008

Brent's store has terrific customer service and a large selection of carpet, tile, and wood flooring. They also carry a large line of window coverings. I have used Brent's for many years and have been very happy with all my flooring/window coverings. more

Great Selection & Advice, Beautiful Installation 10/7/2007

Brent's was the only flooring retailer to suggest the perfect solution to my flooring quandary--a product (Amtico) that no other merchant even mentioned! The designer, Rebecca, was a joy to work with and promptly remedied the few concerns that arose. Installers were on time, put in a long day, and were polite and accommodating. Overall, no surprise that this merchant is one of the most popular in my area! more

Very Helpful and Friendly 5/24/2005

We had a GREAT experioence at Brent's Carpet. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Eileen helped us with our ceramic tile and carpet selection and was great about helping us select the right colors for our kitchen and living room. Eileen is a fun and friendly person. It is a family friendly place and we even got to meet Brent when we visited the store to look at samples. Great experience overall!! PROS: Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!
