Review content:
If I could, I would give zero stars. Brought mower in for repair and service. They said self propelled only needed cable tightening to fix. Work was completed quickly. First thoughts, great work guys. Wrong. Went to mow over the weekend, after one pull on the self propelled handle, POP. Snapped and doesn't work. Made a phone call to request pickup to repair what wasn't done correctly the first time, was told would charge $75. Told him short week (4th of July week) and busy work schedule I can't bring it in, so we're going to make my wife on maternity leave with 2 month old? Didn't seem to care. We live maybe five minutes from Elkhorn, but he didn't bother asking because it obviously wasn't an option in his mind. Now we're going to have to pay someone to mow again. Again. Couldn't have cared less. If you don't care about your customers and striving to make sure they are even remotely satisfied, they aren't going to care about promoting your business or your reputation.
