Josh did excellent job just letting me know what was going on with my appliance, he took the time to explain what he was doing what he thought the problem was after he thoroughly checked everything else that might be the problem besides the drain pump which was the problem but a notice from other repairmen they usually go to the costliest thing first instead of starting with a small things and working your way up to the other things thanks again experience was worth the service cost
