I spent over $1000.00 in one day at this salon treating my bridesmaids and mother to some pampering before the big day. Not only was gratuity included in the bill,and some girls gave extra with the service being just mediocre and slow! We also brought in all kinds of food and champagne, which we shared with them. After we left my fiance came in and they complained to him about the lack of tipping and conned him into tipping an additional $250.00. When my husband went for his manicure they didn't know he was my fiance they were gossiping about us to him! So unprofessional and their service-not worth the money we paid. Talk about ungrateful! I would never go there again!
