absolute appalling pathetic business morals. after clearly discussing what i wanted, being tols they could do it, then they didnt, i asked for a refund and ultimately got the response i am pathetic and stupid for asking for a refund when things like those school children getting shot are happening in this world more

mediocre stylist with poor business acumen 1/14/2012

Voted Best Salon & Spa in the southside of Chicago 7/8/2009

I have been working here for 7 years now and we are all like family. I have many service done here and have enjoyed them all. My sisters wedding spa party came here in Oct 08 and they all had a blast. We have had customers coming to us since we first opened almost 15 years ago. The best hair salon ever! 6/9/2009

you will always leave satisfied. my entire family has been getting their hair done there for years. all of the stylist are experienced and know what they are doing. everyone is very friendly and helpful if you aren't exactly sure what you want. You are sure to leave happy. i would highly recommend this salon to everyone. you can get hair, nails, waxing, makeup, massage, basically anything you want done and you are sure to be happy with it. more

Bridal Parties DO NOT go here!!! They will talk about you!!! 1/1/2009

I spent over $1000.00 in one day at this salon treating my bridesmaids and mother to some pampering before the big day. Not only was gratuity included in the bill,and some girls gave extra with the service being just mediocre and slow! We also brought in all kinds of food and champagne, which we shared with them. After we left my fiance came in and they complained to him about the lack of tipping and conned him into tipping an additional $250.00. When my husband went for his manicure they didn't know he was my fiance they were gossiping about us to him! So unprofessional and their service-not worth the money we paid. Talk about ungrateful! I would never go there again! more
