I had a major leak in the main water pipe at my house today and took a chance on Mr. Drain Plumbing based on the reviews on both Yelp and yellow pages. It was the kind of problem where you don't have time to get 2-3 vendors out to quote the problem, it needed to be fixed right there and then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing and (tech#2) Ariel technician he came out in a short time, friendly and professional, assessed the problem and offered a solution, which meant cutting into our brick and concrete to get to the pipe. I was very happy with the results but what impressed me most was the way they treated me and motivated me in that situation. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged a hefty price but instead chose to treat me like I'm a long-time customer. They offered a fair price, that included a discount as well as which I saw on website of Mr. Drain It was a good experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing and thank you for help.
