I had an emergency and the plumber came in within an hour and half and looked at the problem. He saw what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the problem. He fixed the problem, opening the toilet up, it was fast and he cleaned after himself. He told me that if I can become a member I would receive, member discounts anytime I needed the service again. I called Mr. Drain Plumbing on Sunday night and in under an hour technician came to inspect the problem. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The problem was much bigger than expected so he had to come back the next day. Technician fixed the problem and my drain is working better than it ever did. Mr. Drain plumbing technician Raymond showed up promptly. Raymond was very professional. He put on booties over his boots so he didn't dirty my floors. I was very impressed with that. He looked neat and well groomed. After Raymond looked at the problem he told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and the price. As I watched him work, he was very pleasant and explained what he was doing in detail step by step. He was very patient with all my questions I had. When the job was finished he cleaned up and left my bathroom cleaner than it was before. I highly recommend Mr. Drain plumbing and Raymond!!! more

I turned to yelp to find a Mr. Drain plumber and based on their good ratings I dialed them up to see about scheduling an appointment. My call was answered fast and the dispatcher on the other end Sam was very friendly and helpful. I got an appointment scheduled for later that day. Gary arrived on time and performed the drain cleaning service on my main sewer line, and even took a video of my sewer line for me to see the condition it was in for free! I felt that Gary really went above and beyond for me just to make sure I was happy with their service. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with their service. I had a major leak in the main water pipe at my house today and took a chance on Mr. Drain Plumbing based on the reviews on both Yelp and yellow pages. It was the kind of problem where you don't have time to get 2-3 vendors out to quote the problem, it needed to be fixed right there and then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing and (tech#2) Ariel technician he came out in a short time, friendly and professional, assessed the problem and offered a solution, which meant cutting into our brick and concrete to get to the pipe. I was very happy with the results but what impressed me most was the way they treated me and motivated me in that situation. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged a hefty price but instead chose to treat me like I'm a long-time customer. They offered a fair price, that included a discount as well as which I saw on website of Mr. Drain It was a good experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing and thank you for help. more

Noticed there was some water bubbling up from the concrete box in the ground where our water meter is located. Had Albany Water Company come out and they informed us we were leaking at 360 gallons/day because tree roots had lifted the line so it wasn't aligning to the meter properly! We tried to replace the plastic temporary one that was either installed by the previous owners, or by the water company. We were able to turn off the main water, but in our attempt to correct the problem we ended up tearing the plastic coupling so now we had a bigger leak than what we started with. Called Mr. Drain Plumbing and they informed us all their guys were booked the entire day (Saturday), but would try to get someone to come out. Had Raymond (tech#1) come out at the end of his day, and he was professional, courteous and explained everything that he thought he would need to do. He called it in to the main office to get the pricing, and it seemed very reasonable. Then he went to work. We had the brass coupling part that we needed left by the water company, and he found the fix to be easier than he previously thought so the work came in under the quote. Awesome! Had the work finished in an hour. And now we have water, and no leak, and it didn't really cost us as much as we thought it would. Probably wasn't the least expensive solution, but it was the weekend, and we just wanted to have the work completed ASAP. We are happy, happy customers!
