Review content:
I have been with this practice for a few years. Was happy with my PA and sadly she left. Was NOT notified, so I started with the new PA a year ago. She too has left and was not notified. They have strict office policies that they will not budge with and will charge you NO MATTER what. I called when I had a scheduled appointment and my child got sick at school and they would not let me reschedule or cancel without a fee. Pathetic. More concerned about $$$ than a patient. No flexibility at all.
Office staff is moody on the phone and in person. I wonder if they have a happy work environment, becasue sure does not seem that way. I am leaving this practice and will be sure to make sure I tell anyone who askes not to join them. Sad but true.
