Review content:
MOSI needs to make it clear when you enter that parking is done by machine and you need correct change or you will pay through the nose for parking. You do not get change. If a tourist puts in a $20.00 bill he will get tokens for his $16.00 change. Not good PR. Locals might be able to use it again but also may have no reason to return any time soon. Too easy to misplace tokens. I didn't appreciate paying $5.00 for parking...especially since the last time I went there it was free.
