I just recently purchased a washing maching from Commuity Appliance. I was greeted by a fast talking salesman who was helpful until I agreed to purchase the washing machine from him. As soon as we sat down at his desk he acted annoyed by any questions I had and was really quite rude from that point on. He failed to tell me that the machine needed several hoses and hook ups that were not included in the price. When the installer came to my house he couldn't hook up my machine because the salesman failed to order the parts! When I called the salesman he again acted annoyed and then proceeded to add on another $50 worth of merchandise that I needed. The installer had to come back out several days later for installation. After the installation my machine was malfunctioning and again I had to call the salesmen. Instead of the saleman getting on the phone he had the secretary call me back, whom by the way was also extremely rude. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Next time I will go to Sears!
