RCH provided a creative, high quality, and competitively priced kitchen remodeling job. RCH is staffed with professionals with knowledge and skills to educate the customer and facilitate the decision-making process. Furthermore, they receive high marks for its communication efforts and mediums utilized to keep customers in the know at all times, especially in the final phase of the remodeling. As it has been said "the devil is in the details" which are monitored by management to completion.
Hugh Hobus should be applauded for not only representing the company well overall, but for his time and effort to keep the customer informed of plans for the week, inclusive of delays of materials and services. He exhibited true professionalism and strong communication skills throughout the entire multi-month experience. Hats off to RCH!
