My maid of honor booked this company for my bachlorette party. It was due to pick us up in Portland at a restaurant at 9pm.... it NEVER SHOWED. To make matters worse, we were waiting outside, because the restaurant was packed and it started storming.... raining, thundering, lightning.... the works. We tried contacting them multiple times while waiting in the rain only to reach a voicemail box that was FULL. I FINALLY got ahold of someone from a number I found on their facebook page and a man answered. He said he couldn't believe what was happening and asked me what the reservation name was under and when and where they were supposed to pick us up. Even asked me my call back number and assured he was going to call me back within 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, he never called. So, I called him back, but he had TURNED OFF his phone so it went straight to voicemail. But low and behold, his voicemail box was also full. We ended up waiting 3 hours before we could get a ride back home (we live an hour away from Portland). There was 8 of us..... NOT IMPRESSED. Not to mention, they haven't called or responded to any calls or emails. This just happened on Friday June 8th.... I HAVE contacted the local news. We'll see what happens now. Would be nice to AT LEAST get our money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!
