Affinity Limousine

Never showed up for us! I booked shuttle service to Logan Airport and called and confirmed with them when they would be there. After waiting a half hour after the scheduled pick-up time (and calling multiple times with no response), we then had to scramble to drive to the airport and pay a daily parking rate because it was too late to make alternative plans and we had a flight to catch. We haven't been able to get in touch with them since. It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone there. They will not call back or respond to emails. They will just take your money and not show up. The internet is full of similar reviews for them and a news team actually did an investigation of them. DO NOT use them. more

Hired Affinity Limousine for my anniversary and glad to say I had a great experiance. There was plenty of cold water and a chilled bottle of champagne. The driver opened the champagne before we took off (per my request) and my wife was just thrilled to have him pour her a glass. We are not about the town often, and we would like to send a thank you and much positive energy to this company for helping in our special night. more

I have never hired a limo before, and I was pleased at how great of a time we all had. The driver was on time and the limo was clean and smelled rather "pretty" inside! The next time I am in need of a limo or car I will be sure to call these folks back. more

Hard to get ahold of and VERY BAD at returning e-mails. Oh - and by the way - I got two confirmations and they still pulled a NO SHOW. Never called, never e-mailed and I have not been able to get ahold of them. I had 8 kids at my house waiting for a "surprise" limo ride for their Senior gradutation present - guess the "surprise" was on ME - VERY DISAPPOINTING more

Buyer beware - check out news 13 WGME on your side for the story, and unfortunately my husband and I experienced it first hand. Affinity FAILED to show up for our wedding. They never showed to pick up my husband-to-be - all the guys had to pile into a van provided out of pity by the hotel they were staying at, and they were 1 hour and 8 minutes late to pick me up - not counting the 10-15 minutes they promise to be early! I was almost an hour late for my own wedding!! They then failed to pick us up at the end of the evening as well, and although they are eager to call you back and take your money, we have yet to get a response from them by email or phone after several calls, and no refun of the $402.60 they charged us. This happened August 4th, 2012. SHAME on Affinity Limousine. Don't take a gamble - go with a reputable business that actually shows up. Maine Limo saved us at the end of the evening and they were TOP NOTCH!! It's too bad I had to give them even one star to post this review, they deserve NONE! more

I had a great experiance with these guys last summer and recently used them again for a night out. Prompt service and free champagne cant go wrong. Thank you Affinity Limousine more

I was skeptival because i had seen a bad review or two from other people who had bought a Groupon in the past. I called the reservation dept. and from start to finish was so impressed with the proffesionalism and attention to detail. Our night out was a huge success from the chamagne to the custom mix cd! Bought 4 Groupons and no issues I used all 4! If you have a problem with a company re-schedule its not like they are out to personally ruin your life or something geez grow up peeps. more

We wen from PT's strip club to 51 warf in the OP and drank the whole way there! Limos are for partying and anyone who says they are having a kids birthday party or wine cruise is really just blowing lines and drinking Patron! I use these guys all the time and if anyone says anything bad about them again I will call them and see what the problem really is I have IP tracking on this site! more

After hearing from people that bought a groupon that they where not showing up I was skeptical. So I called the comany and made a solid reservation after speaking to mgt. and felt ok about booking. The day came and the Limo showed up brought us all around town and everyone had a great time. Brian our driver was excellant and I would tell everyne to call Affinity limo more

I too booked this using Groupon. My reservation was made & confirmed via email as well as via phone. On Saturday night they never showed. I left 2 messages but received no return call. I did find them on facebook & got an immediate response stating they had no record of my reservation. I went back & forth with him/her but got no where. I contacted Groupon this morning & they gladly refunded my money & informed me they would add me to the list of complaints & that they too have not heard back from Affinity. This company is crooked PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM & RISK BEING LEFT STRANDED like all the rest of us. more

My maid of honor booked this company for my bachlorette party. It was due to pick us up in Portland at a restaurant at 9pm.... it NEVER SHOWED. To make matters worse, we were waiting outside, because the restaurant was packed and it started storming.... raining, thundering, lightning.... the works. We tried contacting them multiple times while waiting in the rain only to reach a voicemail box that was FULL. I FINALLY got ahold of someone from a number I found on their facebook page and a man answered. He said he couldn't believe what was happening and asked me what the reservation name was under and when and where they were supposed to pick us up. Even asked me my call back number and assured he was going to call me back within 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, he never called. So, I called him back, but he had TURNED OFF his phone so it went straight to voicemail. But low and behold, his voicemail box was also full. We ended up waiting 3 hours before we could get a ride back home (we live an hour away from Portland). There was 8 of us..... NOT IMPRESSED. Not to mention, they haven't called or responded to any calls or emails. This just happened on Friday June 8th.... I HAVE contacted the local news. We'll see what happens now. Would be nice to AT LEAST get our money back. BUYER BEWARE!!! more

Twice we made reservations to use our Groupon for Affinity, both for teenage boy birthdays - the first trip was cancelled the night before the event, the second trip they never bother to show, to call, to email...nothing. To date, I've still never received an apology or explanation. If your experience is similar, file a complaint or review with BBB. more
