We were very impressed when we visited Stone Oak Jewelers a recently to see how much they would pay us for a heavy gold chain and 5 assorted rings in different purities of gold. The heavy ring was 18K but we couldn't tell because part of the stamp was warn down. When he told us it was 18K we were so happy. All in all we came back with almost 3,000 dollars and that's about 1200 more than anyone else was offering.
