Review content:
On their (over-played) commercials, they say that they will buy silver, gold, watches, etc. I brought in a brand new (in the box) Movado watch that I paid 500.00 for last year and they didn't offer a dime for it, saying it was useless to them--claiming that they only buy "antique" jewelry. I said "O.K." and showed them some older vintage pieces, approx 100-200 dollars (at least) worth of jewelry. I was offered less than 30 dollars for all of it. I'm ashamed of myself for going there, especially when a friend of mine told me that there might be better places in WNY to sell unwanted jewelry. Worst of all, the young man said to me "I've already offered you a 'generous' amount, I might get in trouble by my boss". It felt like what a shady mechanic would say to a young lady (who would think they wouldn't know anything about cars) when she attempts to get a quote for repairs. Insults were thrown, such as "you and/or whomever bought this stuff in the first place were ripped off". I will *NEVER* go back there and will certainly not recommend to anyone I know to do business there as well. Shady, selfish, greedy and unprofessional. 0 stars.
