I had lost a stone in a ring that is very special to me. They went out of their way to help me to replace that stone. They did a great job and in a very reasonable amount of time....

I purchased a diamond ring from these folks for my wife at Xmas.. It was a most pleasant experience not to mention a great buy.Don and Melanie were so gracious. Next purchase, diamond earrings to match the ring. I highly recommend to Anyone looking for quality at a great price. more

I advise all to Run away from this place! I was offer $128 for my pile of gold earrings and I decides to get a second quote so I started packing items up. I was screamed at to " get the h@ll out and that's the best price!" I calmly said "really"? I walked a few steps over to Premier Gold and they offer me an astonishing $920 for the same items!! Which I gladly took. Don't waste your time at the Kiosk and go to Premier Gold, they seemed very honest and helpful and gave me the straight story on my gold. Btw don't let the chickens in the parking lot startle you ! They are trying to direct traffic away from Premier Gold and over to the Kiosk. Airport plaza is def the biggest rip off I have ever seen ! Stay far away and your wallet will thank you :) more

Thair slogan should be "We ROB silver, we ROB gold!!!" Brought in a 14k gold Byzantine necklace, bracelet and a 14k bangle bracelet...the moustache man offered me $400.00. I started to put my jewelry back in the box and he stopped me then he asked me.-.What would you take?" Back & forth...so uncomfortable..such pressure, so unprofessional.. I would never go back there. Never been there... Catchy new advert on cable with the older musical couple with the cool song... But come on now... A jeweler whose ad has the ' "we buy silver, we buy gold... Then spells jewelry as "JewelEry!!!! Please...education may make a person a bit more trustworthy, right? more

Zero Stars and a Negative 2 for that pathetic chicken ploy. 12/23/2012

An absolute last resort if you are selling coins. I walked in and let them know from the get go that I knew about current "spot" prices, as well as Numismatics. Didn't mean a thing, as they still gave me the most absurd offer on some wonderful pieces. I can't imagine how terribly they will scam the individual who simply inherited grandpas silver collection. Shame on the owner, and all of the employees who follow his lead. In a time where folks are hurting, this joker adds some extra insult to injury. Then again, how can you accept him as a professional, when he degrades a middle aged man to run around the parking lot in a crusty chicken outfit, most likely for pennies on every dollar they make. more

They offered me $140 for a diamond ring w rows of large diamonds, it originally was over $1500! Took it back to where it was purchased a decade ago, and they gave me $750! I don't want to even give them one star but it makes me give them something. more

I took a ring in and one week they offered me nearly $300, three days later they offered me $140, and said gold went down $100 an ounce... So y did the whole $100 come off my item! I took it to reeds and got $750! Never ever ever go here! more

Stay Away!!! Scam 10/13/2012

I am a jewelry and antique dealer and I went in there one time just for fun to see what they offer and I was offered about 20% of what my items were worth. I just wanted to see what they would say. When I told the owner that I actually knew what my stuff was worth, he got pissed and told me that he takes "at least 50% and needs to make money". I take 10% and still make money. The guys at Premier in the same plaza pay better, but they are ripoff artists just the same. I've bought stuff from them in the past and they love to laugh about the customers that come in and how good they rip them off. Airport Plaza actually helps them by insulting people who think they are smarter and then take the next best offer there. I would suggest Craig's Jewelery on Delaware or Dart Jewelers on Dick Rd. more
