I had to have emergency service this past weekend. My house was so hot and uncomfortable for not only myself but my pets as well. I was worried I wouldnt be able to get service over the holiday weekend but Frosty's managed to fit me in. They arrived within the time window I was given and the technician Carlton was great. Pleasant, proffessional and he explained everything to me very well. It took him a little bit of time to determine the problem because it was intermittent but once he did the problem got corrected quickly and afterwards he cleaned and checked the rest of the system. Within an hour my house was cool and comfortable! Plus the charge was not as bad as I thought it would be for a holiday weekend emergency call. Thank you Frosty's and Carlton! I would use them again in a heartbeat! And I would recommend them to family and friends!
