Frosty's Heating & Cooling

I had to have emergency service this past weekend. My house was so hot and uncomfortable for not only myself but my pets as well. I was worried I wouldnt be able to get service over the holiday weekend but Frosty's managed to fit me in. They arrived within the time window I was given and the technician Carlton was great. Pleasant, proffessional and he explained everything to me very well. It took him a little bit of time to determine the problem because it was intermittent but once he did the problem got corrected quickly and afterwards he cleaned and checked the rest of the system. Within an hour my house was cool and comfortable! Plus the charge was not as bad as I thought it would be for a holiday weekend emergency call. Thank you Frosty's and Carlton! I would use them again in a heartbeat! And I would recommend them to family and friends! more

Great, honest, old-fashioned service. I have a contract for twice a year inspections before heating and cooling seasons. I was having weird problems with a faulty air conditioner going off and on and they promptly came out to fix it--on sweltering hot days--every time it went out until the glitch was found and taken care of and did not charge me for it. Friendly and courteous with a wonderful work ethic that is missing with so many businesses these days. I would recommend them to anyone. PM more

We recently had to replace a circulator pump in our furnace, and Frosty's did a great job. The technician was very friendly and skilled. He explained everything that he was doing and pointed out things we need to watch out for. And, while it was still expensive, the total bill for parts and labor was on the low end of the price range they quoted us. We actually had the same technician that came to us a year or so ago to fix another problem, and he remembered us! more
