Review content:
I am more than willing to respond to concerns about my center. Anytime. The negative "guest" comments seem cowardly and silly. We were voted Best in Woburn, have had 92% staff retention for the past 5 years, have terminated one family for stealing, six families for non-payment and one family for pushing a child. Other than these issues, we only say goodbye to families when their children are off to kindergarten. We do not hide our rates or services. Our fees are listed on our website. If you are offended that we charge for piano lessons or toothbrushing, feel free to find a center that doesn't. If you feel you can get the same service for the same price, feel free to sign up at that center. But, honestly, leaving negative feedback because you don't like our fees?????? So, I say to the haters, if you have an issue, be mature enough to discuss it with me and be honest about who you are when leaving feedback.
