I'd give this review zero stars if I could.
My friend gave them files to print a month early so that they'd have time to do her prints. Instead of doing them, they waited until the last minute when their machine screwed up on the day she came to pick them up. They made her wait another week and when she came to pick it up, they claimed to have given her prints to someone else. Some more time passed by, they finally have her prints available, but all of the prints were pixelated. She tried countless times contacting them, but they tried avoiding her and made her wait 6 hours. When they did arrive, they told her that they didn't think she'd wait that long for them. A complete nightmare. My friend lost a small fortune thanks to them.
Apparently all the good reviews are from the people who work at Printpapa.
These people constantly screw up on people's orders so don't be surprised if you hear someone screaming or crying here.
On the package of the order, there'll be a sticker that says "we care about our customers" but apparently they don't for all the tears they made my friend cry.
WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET OF THE EARTH.
