I had an unauthorized charge to this company on my credit card. I contacted the company both by phone and email. The company did not reverse the unauthorized charge. I contacted the credit card company and the credit card company issued a credit for the unauthorized charge. more

I'd give this review zero stars if I could. My friend gave them files to print a month early so that they'd have time to do her prints. Instead of doing them, they waited until the last minute when their machine screwed up on the day she came to pick them up. They made her wait another week and when she came to pick it up, they claimed to have given her prints to someone else. Some more time passed by, they finally have her prints available, but all of the prints were pixelated. She tried countless times contacting them, but they tried avoiding her and made her wait 6 hours. When they did arrive, they told her that they didn't think she'd wait that long for them. A complete nightmare. My friend lost a small fortune thanks to them. Apparently all the good reviews are from the people who work at Printpapa. These people constantly screw up on people's orders so don't be surprised if you hear someone screaming or crying here. On the package of the order, there'll be a sticker that says "we care about our customers" but apparently they don't for all the tears they made my friend cry. WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET OF THE EARTH. more

Just 2 words says it all about this business "SIMPLY AWESOME" !! For a small business the level of service and the expertise of the staff is second to one. David is an awesome designer and really made my postcards stand out. I have dealt with other print shops in the past but the guys at Printpapa are simply the best. I will be back again with my next print project. more

I am a graphic designer and i am a pain in the butt when it comes to getting the printing done correctly and on time. I have been using PrintPapa for the past 3 years for most of my printing projects and almost 99% of them i have been able to get both of them. So this review is something they have really worked hard for and i am very happy to write this for them. Customer service is awesome and their prices are very reasonable for the work they do.
