Review content:
When the owner grooms our yorkie she always ends up with excessive cuts and nicks. During this last visit when the only capable, caring groomer at this place was unavailable he became verbally abusive. Name calling (b*ch, balled p**sy) and held our beagle hostage until I paid for services that were not completed. This owner is psycho and has zero custoner service skills. After he asked why I didn't want him to groom our dog, he made comments like "this ain't burger king! You don't get things your way" "the hair will grow back" and personal attacks like "didn't your momma teach you to speak up" when he walks around the counter in a sign of power. Believe the negative posts. They are real. The positive posts are from his niece and psuedo names- not real posts. This place needs to be shut down.
