i will not buy from Gavigans Furniture Store again. I bought a leather sofa and loveseat and their protection policy if it gets ripped. I have been working with them for over a month on a rip repair and still no progress. First they gave me the wrong protection policy info. I had that company come out and look at the rip, took a day off work, only to find out the furniture wasn't under that warranty. I have been talking to the manager, Phyllis, and still no response, etc. It has been the worst customer service I have experienced. Do Not Buy from Them!
