I was a regular customer of Kibby for 7 years. It was an inexpensive place to have my dogs groomed. Last fall the regular groomers vanished and a new groomer appeared. They took my appointment and did not telling me that the regular groomer was no longer there. My dogs ran from the kennel as fast as they could after the first time they were groomed by the new groomer. The 2nd time, they both trembled with fear as I took them in the door. I should have known something was up with their sudden fear. When I got my dogs home and my 11 year old started to cough and was choking. I took him to the vet and the vet felt the groomer had sprained my dogs back from being flipped around while being groomed and his throat was damaged from the grooming collar they used. NEVER AGAIN will I go in or recommend them. I wish I could find where the previous groomers went. (They won't say...) I would follow them in a heartbeat. Amazing how there are all of a sudden rave reviews for this place. maybe the new groomer writing her own??? I think so.... Stay away from here if you like your dog!!!
