To whomever wrote the "money back guarantee review", that is completely not true. They lost my son. I came to pick him up one evening and no one knew where he was, so I frantically searched for him for 5 minutes and we found him in a dark room with another one of the "helpers" who was changing his diaper. I did not bring him back after that and they called me for the 2 week's cost of daycare (from their contract) until I finally paid. They even called me at work.
