Review content:
While I like the idea of environmentally friendly and pet/animal safe products, I am unbelievably disappointed in the business practice.
The company does not notify you when your contract is about to expire (for renewing) because they automatically renew for you, and then continue to withdraw automatic payments from your account. Additionally, when you contact the company, you are treated as if you're an idiot because you didn't send in a written cancellation notice 30 days prior to the "expiring" contract. This was particularly aggravating because we'd called a few months before to question when our contract "expired."
Lastly, the owner of the local branch (Virginia Beach, VA), gave his personal cell phone number to my husband to have him call him, but when I called him, he complained about it-to my husband!
While I suspect the company overall is better than this particular location, no one should be subjected to our experience.
